Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum

Urgent demands from Mohammed bin Rashid to officials and stresses the need to adhere to them، Follow the details.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the Uae, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, who has completed 50 years of service to the country, shared his 8-point logo.

"These are the eight principles on which Dubai has been founded and governed over the years; I call on all those who take responsibility in the emirate to abide by these principles and ensure their implementation at all occasions and times."

The principles "will ensure the well-being of our people, the continued progress of our nation and the well-being of our future generations," he said in a signed letter issued Saturday. "These are the eight principles governing Dubai, which we recommend to ourselves and those who will succeed us," Sheikh Mohammed said. We call on future generations to preserve these principles and hand them over to those who succeed them."

1. The Union is the institution
Dubai is an integral part of the UAE and a pillar of the Union. The fate of the emirate is intertwined with that of the United Arab Emirates, and its well-being is vital for the UAE, and its people are always willing to sacrifice for the common good of the country.

The interest of the Union outweighs the local interest, the laws of the Union go beyond our laws and legislation, the policy of the Union is our policy, and the priorities of the Federal Government are the priorities of our government.

2. No one is above the law
Justice is the foundation of a strong and proud nation, ensuring prosperity and stability. No one is above the law in Dubai, starting with the ruling family. The law does not distinguish between citizens and residents, rich and poor, male and female, Muslims and non-Muslims. Delayed justice is a denial of justice.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

I give up the practice or behavior that is unfair to anyone, and the ruling family should likewise abandon any form of injustice as long as it governs the principality.

We are the business capital
The Dubai government aims to improve the lives of its people by strengthening its economy.

Dubai does not invest or participate in politics, nor does it rely on policy to ensure its competitiveness.

We extend a hand of friendship to all those who have good intentions towards Dubai and the UAE.

Dubai is a politically neutral and business-loving global hub focused on creating economic opportunities.

Three factors to drive growth
Dubai's growth is driven by three factors: a reliable, flexible and excellent government. An active, fair and open private sector;

5. Our society has a unique personality
Our society is a respected and cohesive society, committed to tolerance and openness.

It distances itself from all forms of discrimination and prejudice.

It is a disciplined society, committed to its promises, timetables and charters.

We are humble about our successes, perseverance in dealing with challenges, dignified in the common good, and open to all.

We believe in economic diversification
Economic diversification has been the basis of our unwritten constitution in Dubai since 1833.

Changing times and rapid developments make our commitment to this principle eternal.

Our new goal is to create a new economic sector at least every three years that will be productive, contribute to GDP, and create jobs.

7- A land of talent
Dubai has always relied on talented traders, administrators, engineers, innovators and dreamers for its success.

The emirate's prominence, sustainability and competitiveness depend on its ability to continue attracting skilled and talented people, nurturing the smartest minds to generate innovative ideas.

We need to constantly review and renew our policies and procedures to ensure our appeal to talented individuals. We must build the best environment in Dubai for the world's leading minds.

8- We care for future generations
The fate of our future generations must not be affected by the vagaries of regional policies and global economic cycles.

We invest and create valuable assets for them.

Our basic rule in this regard is that, in all circumstances, the Government should have economic assets at least 20 times the value of its annual budget.

We work to maintain a secure future, and today we are focused on ensuring the prosperity of our future generations.
