His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued today a decree No. 75 of 2019 appointing an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Kuwait.

Article 1 of this Decree, Mr. Salah Ali Hassan Al-Malki, Head of the Bahraini Diplomatic Mission to the Republic of Iraq, is appointed as Head of the Bahraini Diplomatic Mission to Kuwait with the title of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Article (2) of the decree, the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement the provisions of this decree, which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Kingdom.

Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued several royal decrees during the day, under which some decisions will be implemented within the country.

Under Decree No. 74, Nasser Mohammed Yousuf Al Balooshi, who is ambassador to the Foreign Ministry's General Office, will be appointed as head of the Bahraini diplomatic mission to the Republic of Italy, with the title of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, according to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA).

Hence, the decree of the seventy-five to appoint Salah Ali Hassan al-Maliki, head of the Bahraini diplomatic mission to the Republic of Iraq - as head of the Bahraini diplomatic mission to Kuwait, the title of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, according to the Bahraini News Agency (BNA).

In turn, the King also issued Decree No. 76, which contained the appointment of Hisham bin Mohammed Al-Jowder as ambassador to the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Royal Decree No. 77 appointed Munira bint Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa as Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary.

In addition to the decree number seventy-two, it contains the definition of the administrative body to assume the functions and powers of the Authority for the protection of personal data.This position is held by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments until the financial appropriation of the Authority in the State budget and the issuance of a decree forming the Board of Directors.

Hence, the Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree No. 79 on the organization of the Public Authority for Social Insurance, which was organized as follows: Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Actuarial and Risk Studies Department, Legal Affairs Department, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Insurance (assistant agent) Department of customer services, Department of insurance receivables.

Also, regarding the ranking of the other members of the General Organization for Social Insurance comes after the Department of Insurance Benefits, Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Assistant Undersecretary) and followed by the Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Insurance Information Department.

Decree No. 80, according to which the quality of education and training will be reorganized in the following order: Board of Directors, followed by the Chief Executive Officer (Undersecretary).

Department of Human and Financial Resources, General Director of the National Qualifications and Examinations Framework (Assistant Undersecretary), Operations Department of the National Framework and then the National Examinations Department.

The National Examinations Department is followed by the Director General of Educational and Training Institutions Performance Review (Assistant Undersecretary), followed by the Public Schools Performance Review Department, the Private Schools and Kindergarten Performance Review Department, the Higher Education Institutions Performance Review Department and the Vocational Training Institutions Performance Review Department.

As for the seventh decree number 81, it reorganizes the Institute of Public Administration. The organization of the Institute of Public Administration is as follows: The Board of Directors is followed by the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (under the rank of Undersecretary), Department of Human and Financial Resources, Department of Education and Development, Consultancy and Research Department, Evaluation Department, then Business Development Department.

Hence, the King said that each competent authority to implement its decree to implement the provisions of these decrees, and shall be effective from the date of issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
