Violations are represented in the following way, it is not permissible for any expatriate to work for the private account, or the so-called random labor, and a penalty ranging from 10 thousand riyals and deporting the expatriate if necessary, while committing the violation for the second time is a fine of 25 thousand riyals and imprisonment for a month and then deportation And if the expatriate violates for the third time, he will pay a fine of 50 thousand riyals, and be imprisoned for a period of no less than 6 months, and the expulsion of the expatriate permanently without return from the Kingdom without the possibility of his return again, and the punishment for the first time: a fine of 15 thousand riyals, but for the second time, it is A fine of 25 thousand riyals, three months imprisonment, and deportation.
The Ministry also stressed the incoming of one of those violations, considering that any expatriate who commits these violations has chosen for himself one of those mentioned penalties.
