Article 1: The item “First” of Appendix No. 3 attached to the Law of the State Flag, Emblem and National Anthem referred to above shall be replaced by the item attached to this decree.

Article Two: Anything that violates this decree or contradicts its provisions will be canceled.

Article Three: This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall enter into force from the date of its issuance on 26 Jumada al-Thani in 1441 corresponding to 20 February 2020.

Appendix No. 3: The National Anthem:
