Saudi Arabia has issued a number of important decisions regarding the granting of final exit visas to expatriates through the Ministry of Labor in Saudi Arabia.
This came after the telegram provided by the Saudi government to the Passports Department and the Director General of the Prisons Sector in the Kingdom. Final exit in the absence of security or judicial restrictions preventing the departure.
The letter announced by the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia also confirmed that if the reason for not being able to leave was the financial benefits (fees or fines) for which the foreign applicant is not responsible for the final exit visa, but the employer or the head of the household must grant the final exit visa. His travel does not depend on the collection of fees or fines.
In response to this decision, the Ministry of Manpower confirmed that the Minister received an urgent report from the Labor Office of the Egyptian Consulate in Jeddah, where Chancellor Othman Ramadan said that the reason was due to some diplomatic missions and consulates accredited in the Kingdom to send a number of observations to the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom, to assist individuals. Its citizens who can not get a final exit visa to return to their country without any restrictions to prevent them from leaving, but for technical reasons.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Manpower thanked through the Office of Labor Representation at the Egyptian Consulate in Jeddah and the appreciation of all Saudi authorities for their cooperation in finding ways to resolve all obstacles facing expatriate workers, including Egyptians.
