In response to this decision, the Ministry of Manpower confirmed that the Minister received an urgent report from the Labor Office of the Egyptian Consulate in Jeddah, where Chancellor Othman Ramadan said that the reason was due to some diplomatic missions and consulates accredited in the Kingdom to send a number of observations to the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom, to assist individuals. Its citizens who can not get a final exit visa to return to their country without any restrictions to prevent them from leaving, but for technical reasons.
