Our delegate indicated from there that the annulment will take place without the obligation of Sapir's certificate, with the necessity of obligating the importer after disposal.
It is noteworthy that these measures come in order to facilitate trade while overcoming congestion in consignments in customs yards, while importers are obligated to pay their wages in customs yards.
It should be mentioned that the platform for Saber was launched by the General Authority for Standardization in order to protect commercial facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
