Based on the directives of the UAE government and fearing for the lives of citizens of the Emirati people and all children, the spokesperson for the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, Dr. Saif Juma Al-Dhahiri, stressed the need to adhere to not distribute Eid from new banknotes to children or any of the family members, or exchange Currencies from banks and their replacement by remote methods via electronic means.

In a related context, the UAE government, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection in the Emirates, revealed that the chance of spreading the Corona virus is very large during the Eid Al-Fitr period.

The UAE Ministry of Health and Community Protection added that during the Eid Al-Fitr period, people should not mix with or gather between citizens in order to prevent the spread of Corona virus infection among all citizens.

The official spokesman of the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, Dr. Saif Juma Al-Dhaheri added that the opportunity to transmit the Corona virus through the exchange of Eid Al-Fitr feasts is very large, indicating that all citizens should not distribute Eid from modern banknotes to all children in the UAE or Any family member, or exchange currency from banks and exchange them far-away via electronic methods.

This comes in the context of the Emirati state’s endeavor, through its rational government, to deal with the current crisis of the Corona virus and to besiege this global epidemic and eliminate it.
